Management of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, including the Valve Service, Hydraulics Division, Inspection Division, and Calibration Division. Lead two laboratory managers and an 18-member XDS operations team, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, financial, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsible for overseeing contracts and projects related to the mentioned areas, reviewing and approving technical proposals, providing technical training to local and expat technicians, and reviewing and approving all technical procedures, among other responsibilities

Based within BP’S valve service department as part of the R&M team at the Sangachal Terminal in Azerbaijan, in the refurbishment and recertification of all types of valves. These include; Manual and actuated Ball, Gate, Globe, Butterfly valves, as well as PSV’s.Duties also include onsite repairs / technical assistance at Sangachal Terminal,on the pipeline or in Georgia, offshore and well as carrying out planned PSV recertification and valve maintenance programmes

• Carry out piping solutions, equipment installation, pressure testing, flushing and filtration tasks.• Carry out hose fabrication and chemical cleaning.• Maintain and repair as necessary all mechanical equipment, investigating defects and submitting reports as required;• Maintain a preventative maintenance programmer in accordance with repair and preventative maintenance procedures as directed by immediate supervisor;• Report on parts, tools and supplies required to maintain the equipment for which they are responsible;• Safeguard the rig tools and instruments in their care;• Secures (provides) (the) technical preparation of the production.• Determine materials, tools and equipment’s used are suitable and correct technical specifications.
