•Responsible for managing complete 3PL operations for all clients. Key services include supply chain planning in coordination with customers, Warehouse Operations, Customer Services, Value Added Services & Transportation.•Business strategy planning with BDMs to secure right fit business to support top line. •Develop and implement new initiatives to improve bottom line through cost efficiency and improved productivity.•Feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis and pricing of contract logistics agreements for new customers.•Employ best business practices that improve operational efficiency, identify & implement initiatives to reduce operating costs whilst increasing performance, all to tight time scales and within budget.•Guide and support the collation and preparation of all customer SLAs and KPIs. Drive performance towards exceeding expected customer SLA and reducing defect/errors.•Perform time & motion studies and analysis to identify and eliminate process waste thus driving lean management. •Performance reporting to Directors on customer based KPI achievements, sales and revenue analysis.•Work towards continuous improvement of customer SOPs to improve order response time, minimize defects and offer highest stock accuracy.

•Heading the Logistics & Commercial operation across Asia, Middle East, CIS and Africa.•Plan & implement strategies to achieve efficient stock turns & minimize ‘order to cash’ cycle time. •Multi-modal Freight management across the entire network and new market entries. •Manage multi-location Warehouse operations including 3PL operations. Warehousing span- 15,000 CBM of cargo with over 800 SKUs.•Ensure Import-Export regulations, Trade, Customs & Quality compliance.ACHIEVEMENTS:•Negotiated & optimized service costs with 3PL partners which reduced operating costs by 37%.•Reduced 3PL warehouses from 4 to 2 by applying aggressive warehouse operation strategies. •By using JIT, 7WASTES & 3C quality concepts I managed to reduce operating cost of the assembly & co-packing operations and simultaneously increased output by 7%.

•Heading Logistics Operations for UAE. Meet and exceed expectations of all business channels & stake holders.•Strategic Logistics planning to achieve “SPEED TO MARKET” for all business channels: Retail, Wholesale, Van Sales, Telesales, E-Store, Gas Stations & Key Accounts •Operation frame work: Daily order fulfilment and logistics services to company owned 140 retail stores, over 50 wholesale customers, entire gas station network across UAE (300 + gas stations), 52 vans direct distribution network (van sales), power retailers, key accounts and exports.
