•Responsible for managing complete 3PL operations for all clients. Key services include supply chain planning in coordination with customers, Warehouse Operations, Customer Services, Value Added Services & Transportation.•Business strategy planning with BDMs to secure right fit business to support top line. •Develop and implement new initiatives to improve bottom line through cost efficiency and improved productivity.•Feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis and pricing of contract logistics agreements for new customers.•Employ best business practices that improve operational efficiency, identify & implement initiatives to reduce operating costs whilst increasing performance, all to tight time scales and within budget.•Guide and support the collation and preparation of all customer SLAs and KPIs.
