1.Executed for laying of 400km long CGD Pipeline(10”/6”/4”) 6.4 mm thickness 150/100 schedule networking system as per ASTM A106,API 5L 60/52 with 3 Layer External PE Coating In NASHIK at GA., Job involved for the Specification finalization, Work Procedure as per Engineering requirement as well as overall in-charge for construction activities.2.The job involved Erection of CNG Tank foundation, Pipeline Laying along with Fire fighting system & Modifications as per site requirements. Also involved anti corrosive Rapping & Coating,Pigging,flashing, Hydro testing, Nitrogen purging, TCP installation as well as Billing certification as per contractual requirements. 3.Executed for MDPE( 80/90,SDR 11)laying along with G1(½”,3/4”,1”,2”) Pipe for interconnection and also installation of Service Regulator ( 25/50 SCMH – 4 Bar). Job involved Painting as per specification , Pressure testing and color coding.4.Deputed at Bangladesh for India Bangladesh Friend-Ship friendship HDD Pipeline project during June 2022 to October 2022.Job involved for 125 Km long long CGD Pipeline (12”/10” ) 6.4 mm thickness 150/100 schedule networking system as per ASTM A106,API 5L 52 (for Seven River crossing).

1.Executed for laying of 160 km long CGD Pipeline networking system along with 120 TMTPA LPG bottling plant,involved in this project for finalizing the Specification & Engineering requirements and also Overall In charge for Construction activities like Land filling and Leveling,Boundary Wall & Approach Road,Tank Pad Construction also Equipment Erection.2.Deputation for IOCL Panipat Refinery to Executed 30 days Shutdown Job at Hydrogen Unit, involved in this job for Modification of Piping, Pipe Rack, Deck extension, Nitrogen Purging, Hot Tapping, Loop Preparation and finally hand over the System within the Stipulated time as per Safety Norms.

1.Worked as AGM Project for Construction of Crude Distillation Unit (CUD)and also overall in charge for ISBL & Off Site Piping during Refinery Construction Phase.2.Executed the Ro-Ro jetty Construction for receiving the Oversize equipment, involve in managing Dredging, Breakwater also Off-Shore Jacket piping, Structural Walk Way for SPM as per HSE regulation. 3.To Lead the EPCM Piping department & Engineering Team as HOD ( Piping) for Preparing Piping Specification and MTO finalization during the Refinery Construction phase and also involved in Area Classification Drawing, 4.Executed the entire Direct / Indirect workforce to complete the Refurbish, Revamping activities relating to Static Equipment & Piping Item Like Insulation removal, Retrieving of fitting & support from the Pipe Spool, Re-tooling of Flanges, internal Cleaning, Cross Thickness checking as per piping Specification.

1.Worked as Consultant Engineer at Marine Tank Farm area & Off Site Piping as per ANSI / ASME B31.1 Like Carbon Steel 106 Gr.-B , A33 P11 & P22 from Construction to Commissioning during July 1998 to Jan 2000, involved in this project for Plan & Supervised all the Construction activity to ensure proper compliance with all Technical and safety aspect.2.420 km 42"Gas pipeline Cross country Project with gas Compression Pumping & Metering facility 52M man-hoursShutdown Job :-1.Worked as Dy. Involved in this project erection, Modification & Material procurement as per site requirement.
