Preparing monthly as well yearly budgeting for smooth operation.10. Vendor development through process to get benefit in term ang quality delivery and pricing.Have a good commercial knowledge i.e. various payment terms, taxes, duties, etc.Also taking carefor after sales service complaint from sites and resolve them in target time.
