Yarn Test - To ensure yarn quality for respective Buyer Quality before in-house the order qty.Grey Inspection- After knitting ensure the grey fabric quality with 4 point system and cooperation with knitting, planning & relevant department.Shade QC- After dyed ensure color match with app lab swatch and ensure finish program with proper finished chemicals to finishing departmrnt.Physical Lab- By maintaining buyer manual ensure all physical parameters ( Shrinkage, Spirality or skewness, PH, Color fastness to water and wash, pilling test, Bursting test, seliva test, light fastness test and others) in each dye lot and all styling of garments for all Buyer. Our physical lab aggraded by SGS, PUMA, HUGO BOSS.Final inspection- We ensure 100% fabric inspection with 4 point system before delivery to cutting and check roll to roll GSM and shade continuity and rib body or trim fabrics matching. All kind of discrepancy with garments unit after delivered the fabric try to solvent with hurry.

Follow up quality of finished fabric in different stages (eg: squizer, sliting, dryer, stanter, tube and open compactor, brush, suiding and final inspection and control physical parameters of fabric and then delivery to garments on shipment due dated. Also planning and monitoring of Finishing floor which is huge production floor (capacity 25 tons) and control large manpower of finishing and quality control department.

Select the yarn depends on Fabric type and GSM and then Collect the yarn from spinning, Planning for Knitting & Dyeing program, Ensure fabric delivery to cuttingfor full Qty shipment by dated with good Quality.
