As a Guest Relationship Officer at Zolo, I am responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of the guests who stay at Zolo's co-living spaces. I handle their queries, complaints, feedback, and requests, and provide them with a seamless and hassle-free experience. I also assist in the onboarding and orientation of new guests, and coordinate with the property managers, housekeeping staff, and security personnel to maintain the quality and safety of the facilities.I am pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Marketing at GIET University Gunupur, where I have learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and marketing strategies. I have also gained practical experience as a Human Resources Intern at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd., where I supported the HR team in conducting interviews, screening candidates, preparing offer letters, and updating employee records. I am passionate about the people of the organization, and I aim to use my skills and knowledge to create cultures in which they can thrive.
