Provide options and resolutions to the Management to facilitate effective business decision making.• To examine and follow up claim issue with vendors.• To maintain good filing and record system in particular, to maintain the fabric library.• To select designs for product fashion catalog, co-ordinate for the timely procurement of yardages for product catalogue shoot, check the shoot images to match the product shades, check for timely release of fabric catalogue.• To Co-ordinate with area wise agents all over India to promote sales.• To plan the release of new designs every month and take care of proper sampling of fabric to agents all over.•To monitor daily sales and keep a check on unsold or slow-moving goods and stock in hand• To source the sampling booklets, presentation materials and packing materials at right price.• To keep a check on stock of packing materials.• To maintain team spirit and encourage maximum coordination at all levels.
