I have extensive and rich experience in diversified areas of Windows Domain and infrastructure administration in both cloud and on-prem platforms. I have worked in various roles at different business functions meeting business and organization goals. I am always an enthusiastic learner, working through seamless collaboration, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve business results.  I started my career as an IT support personnel working on IT helpdesk tickets and supporting IT infrastructure and domain users. Then, I worked with Microsoft CSS (Customer Service and Support) and provided tier 2/3 level support on Web Products (Internet Explorer and IIS web server/Asp.net products) to their enterprise customers (administrator and developer). During this time, I have worked on 24X7 including On-Call support. I left Microsoft CSS in 2016 and joined Cognizant Technology Solution. There, I got the opportunity to work with two of their major customers (Banking and Telecommunication). I managed the release cycle of their critical business Apps leveraging DevOps tools and principles.I left CTS in 2018,  I rejoined Microsoft, and this time I joined the Azure App Service CSS product support team. I supported Azure WebApp, function app,  Webjob and various other Azure services and delivered great customer experience.  After working with Microsoft for almost a decade, I moved out in September 2022 to pursue my career opportunity outside Microsoft.I have joined TCS, the most trusted, ethical, and respected Indian IT company. I work with a major life-science customer, managing RPA Windows platform that runs Automation Anywhere BOT. I enjoy learning technology, collaborating across businesses, and driving customer success.
