• Qualify 5-15 maintainers quarterly to become Plane Captains on the VH-60N Helicopters.• Supervise 309+ critical maintenance actions totaling 654+ man hours on Executive aircraft resulting in increased efficiency and flawless mechanical execution during each mission. •Serve as Squadron Collateral Duty Inspector/Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR). • Performed 207+ maintenance actions totaling 653+ hours on VH-60N helicopters as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic.• Demonstrate leadership by effectively assigning tasks and managing over 38 dynamic employees including military, civilian and government contractors. • Successfully lead 9 personnel in the proper disassembly and restoration of the VH-60N helicopter for transport onboard C-17 aircraft on over 40 missions.• Assist with preflight inspections and streamlined the documentation of all maintenance records conforming to all official USMC and Naval aviation protocol and operating procedures resulting in zero mishaps.• Schedule and monitor monthly inspections of all work centers for proper Foreign Object Damage (FOD) protocols including tool control and record logging as the FOD Program Manager with 100% accuracy

• Flew 363 mishap-free hours and completed 15 trips in the U.S. and overseas on Ch-46E helicopters in support of executive personnel.• Inspected and maintained CH-46 helicopter airframes, airframe components, and related maintenance equipment to quality control standards. • Utilized standard operating procedures, effective crew resource management, and flawless communications during assignments in the U.S. and overseas in direct support of the President.• Demonstrated advanced technical acumen and knowledge in the effective utilization of applicable publications, diagrams, drawings, Technical Directives (TDs), and change bulletins.• Performed additional duties relating to flight line operation such as corrosion control and flight control system maintenance.• Performed system maintenance specific to rotors, drives, powerplants, auxiliary power unit, and hydraulics. • Oversaw Technical Publications Library (TPL) as the Program Manager, ensuring all maintenance publications were up to date. • Trained incoming personnel, contributing to an efficient, fast-paced, high demand work environment.
