• Handling all direct client requirements and provide matching resumes within the Budget of the client and certain time limit based on the guide lines.
• Preparing the candidates for client interview.
• Co-ordinate with Recruiters to get quality resumes & have to help them finding best suitable resumes.

• Sourcing of the Resumes for the same – Internal Database / Personal Contacts / Job Portals, References, Head Hunting, Executive Search.
• Screening CV’s precisely as per the Requirement
• Short listing Candidates by assessing them technically
• Submitting Candidates within the Budget of the client.
• Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.

• Meeting various clients and getting approved in their vendor list.
• Interviewing candidates on the phone.
• Source and screen potential technical candidates for current and future positions
• Sourcing Candidates using job postings to various vendors, searching on various job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.) and other resume databases.
• Screening candidates to ensure their skills, experience and knowledge meet open positions.
• Submission of the eligible resumes to accounts manager.
