1. Conducted a comprehensive Energy Audit for the Site. • A detailed audit of energy consumption of the factory in order to identify, analyze and reduce the overall energy consumption of the site. • Identify not captured or voids in consumption of energy sources.2. Energy conservation projects with descriptive analysis and calculation. • Proposed a method to operate the Extraction Plant in a more efficient way and conducted a successful trial. • Designed a new pressure plate for the Extraction Plant which helps to induce more pressure and extract more solids preventing existing complications in the pressure plates. • Introduce a new piping system to increase the Dry Solids in the liquor out from the Extraction Plant. • Analysis of the possible causes for the boiler carryover and provide necessary solutions for preventing it. • Introduce a Baffle type moisture separator for the steam line. • Calculations for a Sludge drying mechanism. i.
