1.Client Management-Responsible for maintaining client relationships, understanding clients' requirements, explain the audit process, and ensure that audit engagements are completed to the client's satisfaction.2. Audit Planning: Develop audit plans that outline the scope, objectives, and audit procedures for each engagement. This involves identifying key risk areas and setting audit objectives.3. Team Leadership: Oversee the team and assign tasks to team members. further, providing guidance and support to junior staff and review their work for accuracy and completeness.4. Risk Assessment: assess the internal controls and financial reporting systems of the client to identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.5. Audit Execution: Supervise the fieldwork, ensuring that audit procedures are conducted effectively and efficiently. This includes reviewing working papers, financial statements, and other documentation.6. Quality Assurance: Responsible for maintaining the quality of the audit work and ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies.7. Project Management: Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.8. • Heading the process of Additional Listing of shares (Right Issue of shares) of the parent company.• Preparation of the Annual Report, Quarterly Financial Statements and reporting in compliance with country law. • Review and timely submission of monthly financial Statements, report on project costing and Annual Budgets to the Management.• Ensure optimum utilization of Company funds while interacting and negotiating with the BFI’s.• Tax planning and Tax Reporting whilst ensuring compliance with tax requirements.• Stringent monitoring of internal controls and evaluating the overall control environment for continuous improvements. • Participate in management meetings representing accounting and finance team. • Liaising with internal and external auditors facilitating smooth function of audits.
