- Set the group's goals and objectives with the company goals, and prepare, implement and monitor plans to ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved.- Onboard new projects and oversee a smooth and successful launch of new projects.- Recommends hiring and/or termination of personnel in conjunction with the human resource department.- Ensure all operational delays and problems that may adversely affect project quality and turnaround time are resolved in a timely manner.- Regularly assesses the in-house and projected production volumes of the group, and plans out and coordinates production operations to meet the project requirements.- Analyses and approves regular operational reports, specifically in the areas of productivity, quality and cost, and institutes measures to achieve optimum performance in efficiency, quality, profitability and resource utilization of and within the group.- Supervise the team managers and QCers in initiating activities for continuous improvement of the project, and take necessary decisions to enhance overall performance.- Ensure proper delegation of all projects/tasks among capable managers, team leads and process analysts, and monitoring the progress to inspect that all TATs and SLAs are met and maintained throughout. - Maintaining optimal resource allocation considering the complexity of the project/tasks and manpower capacity by taking quality, productivity and cost in to consideration.- Conduct and approve performance management of subordinates: monitors, evaluates, and recommends necessary rewards and recognition initiatives to subordinates.- Coordinate with relevant support departments to ensure that operations rum smooth and successfully.- Conducting TNA across the group and catering to them in conjunction with the organizational training department.- Visiting clients on various project assignments, i.e. new project and process on-boarding, process improvements, system upgrades, etc.
