WHO AM I? ⏬❓From a young age I have been obsessed with how things work and how to make things work better. This naturally progressed to computers and technology after we got our first ever family PC. I'll be honest, it was a pile of scrap...but great for learning how to troubleshoot! After finishing school, I studied computing at college, then went onto a HND and Degree in computing science and progressed to a career in IT – starting my own IT support company was on the cards.In 2014 I started Fresh PCs Consultancy and started the passage of rights when it comes to realising running a business means you must know more than the technical. Thanks fully with some great support and resources out there starting to navigate the business world is getting easier. Keeping humble and being able to listen to others has become a key strategy of mine. Fresh PCs Consultancy rebranded to Fresh Tech in 2020 for a re-Fresh on the values and look of the company as I felt we encompass so much more than just PCs. Helping other businesses navigate the complex world of IT at a level that suites them brings me satisfaction. When I look back at what was and what is now thanks to working together on an IT strategy, along with day-to-day helpdesk support, I feel we’ve made a difference to that business owner’s life (along with happier staff!). It’s a win-win. 🥇📝 GETTING PERSONAL :I’m passionate about technology (gadgets, gaming and future lifestyle) but also music (one of those without a specific genre) and also homebrewing. One day I may start a brewery…or just keep it as an unhealthy hobby. Home automation has become a bit of a hobby recently. I may finally get it working how I want! I joint run a local explorer scout unit after being a lifelong member myself.
