My duties as a helpdesk support analyst meant I had to provide 1st and 2nd support to a user pool of over 5000 clients in dealerships all over Australia New Zealand region.Daily duties included answering service desk requests that come in via tickets, phone calls, walk ups and assigned cases. I also handled user administration/account creations for a range of systems including SAP, iPower, BlueJeans, Cisco Unity, PureCloud, ERA (Pentana Solutions), AS400/IDS, Active Directory. During my time here, I have been a part of a Project where the old Avaya Phone system was decommissioned and replaced with Cisco Unity devices. The project allowed me to engage in hands-on set up and device configuration as well as back-end set up of groups, hunts and pools. The project also allowed me to grow confident as I educated teams of staff members on the functionality of the new system.

I addressed second level issues that were assigned to me from the helpdesk. Another important job of my role was to ensure all the back-end systems ran smoothly.
