Platinum Builders is a construction company focusing on exterior renovations on both residential and commercial properties. Platinum Builders works with all insurance companies as well as estimating and completing retail jobs. As project manager I am responsible for generating new leads as well as following up with prospects and referrals. While doing retail jobs an important role I fill is going to job sites and drafting blueprints for estimates. This position requires a high level of patients and great organizational skills. As project manager I ensure all contracts are filled out correctly and place all material orders. This position requires excellent communication skills as I am the line of communication between: homeowner, construction crews, and insurance companies. Platinum Builders uses Acculynx for their CRM software. As Senior Sales within the company I generate over 1M in sales annually.

As an Outside Sales Representative my essential role was to meet face-to-face with current customers while prospecting for new. While in this position I played a critical role in maintaining customer relationships and building rapport. Being able to quickly problem solve and develop strategic solutions allowed customers to have full trust with the company.
