■ Responsible for all software systems and IT for a startup travel rewards and ecommerce company. I analyzed and documented business requirements and then selected and oversaw implementation of critical business software applications and systems including ERP and ecommerce platform. All this within constraints of budget and timeline for launch.■ As lead developer I built a custom front-end ecommerce / membership web application that integrated with other business critical systems. I also recruited and managed two freelance developers who assisted with software development projects.■ Our business needed to integrate four platforms: eCommerce, ERP, shipping and Travel site. I customized ASP.NET Identity implementation to work with ecommerce API, developed an ASP.NET Web API to integrate rewards and authentication between ecommerce and travel site, and managed third party integration of ERP and Shipstation.■ As part of a small highly collaborative team, I was engaged in other business functions including legal, shipping, marketing, and customer service.
