My Work at Cuan Mhuire involved me working closely with young adults trapped in addiction. My role there was to facilitate group therapy meetings, provide one on one support to residents and basically be a shoulder to cry on.For the most part, these folks are pretty battered human beings that needed to be convinced that they were still a part of the human.

really good software, amazing ability to provide customized views for monitoring and management of call center data. I've been the data feeder before now, its good to consume data, both real-time and historical.

I lead the Middleware development team, the financial datawarehousing team and intra-day/EOD reconciliation team.

I was with IONA for over 13 years and held many roles there; everything from engineer, team leader, project manager, technical director for the Orbix and Artix product lines, sales support and customer facing product evangelist.

Team lead with responsibility for architecting and developing a Microsoft Windoes frontend system for an AS400 data warehousing application.

Joined CA when they acquired Glockenspiel. I was a developer on the Visual Objects project. My role was to develop bridging technology to allow C++ GUI development classes to be utilized from code developed in the Visual Objects IDE.

Worked on the C++ compiler development team. Was a developer on the worlds first 32bit C++ compiler for an Intel platform.
