It Project Manager
Current• Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software development, implementation, training, and support teams, to ensure successful project execution• Manage project resources, including allocating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate strategies to minimize potential disruptions• Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints• Foster effective communication and collaboration environment among team members, clients, and third-party vendors• Ensure compliance with Scaled Agile Framework practices and methodologies among the team• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to identify improvement areas and facilitate continuous process advancements• Travel to client sites as required to support project implementation and provide training as needed• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while demonstrating outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Scrum Master for two middleware Scrum teams ensuring Scrum process are supported & followed.
