• Supervised a 102-person team in day to day operations, training, logistics and maintenance of a combat health support company. Responsibilities included:
• Planning, resourcing and executing combat training exercises to ensure company maintains 100% of its training requirements to remain worldwide deployable.

• Responsible for the planning, resourcing and directing combat health support operations for a 5,000-person Brigade Combat Team. Also received the additional duty to serve as a multi-functional logistician responsible.
• Coordinated patient treatment and evacuation with Brigade and echelons above Brigade medical elements from the point of injury all the way through in-patient hospitalization.
• Planned and directed the receipt, storage, inventory management and issue of all medical supplies for over 5,000 personnel.
• Conducted capabilities analysis and forecasted resource consumption for all classes of supply to create supply plans that ensured adequate availability of required resources at all times.
• Built relationships with supplier as well as customer organizations to continually monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes and determine their effect on supply chain activities.

• Led a 35-person team in Afghanistan executing combat health support operations in support of a counter-insurgency mission of a 407-person battalion. Managed all aspects of training, readiness, deployment and mission.
• Advised the Battalion Commander in all areas of medical readiness and maintained the unit’s ability to deploy anywhere in the world.
• Planned and supervised the employment of the battalion aid station and its 35 health care specialists.
• Performed casualty evacuation analysis, planning and execution as well as patient tracking.
• Led the closure process of a forward operating base with over 1,500 personnel and 600 buildings while continuing to support combat operations in the region.
• Negotiated and managed contracts to assist in the movement and redistribution of over $30 million in equipment and materials that were located on the base.

• Assisted in the formulation of responses to all firm request for proposals (RFPs) by performing the required research and consolidating all relevant investment information in a presentation for prospective clients.
• Conducted quantitative and qualitative market research utilizing multiple research platforms such as Thomas Reuters Baseline, Credit Suisse’s HOLT ValueSearch and Bloomberg that portfolio managers would use to aid in.
