Led a multi-year strategic initiative to re-design compensation for 350+ primary care physicians, moving from pure RVU-based pay to a value-based model incentivizing population health. Achievements included:- Took Cerner's "Ignite APIs" (a SMART-on-FHIR-based API catalog that allows for apps to connect and embed with the Cerner EMR) to market- Launched the "Cerner Open Developer Experience" or "code," an approach to open collaboration with third party developers, along with web portal at code.cerner.com- Created the "code Developer Program," which is the business framework for Cerner to enable developers and clients to work together to innovate on Cerner's open platform
