As an individual I am driven, resilient, an effective relationship builder and possess the ability to drive strategy. I am a natural leader with a desire to continually improve performance of my team, those around me and importantly, my own performance. On a personal level I am approachable, open, firm but fair with a strong sense of emotional intelligence. Outside of work I like to keep fit so I play 7 a side football, regularly go to the gym and I am currently attempting indoor climbing!
