I'm a senior software engineer who originally specialized in iOS app development. For the past two years I have transitioned into a full stack development mind set, expanding my skills from just iOS to Android, Server-side services(Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.). Above that I lead a team on developing a Server-side service that supports iOS & Android SDKs along with the apps that use these SDKs. While leading the team I am also one of the largest contributors to the code base, having done most of the server development, including server infrastructure, all of the iOS SDK development, and overseeing the Android SDK development. In this new role I also have to help other app teams setup their services right, test with them, and confirm we're safe for a smooth Production release of whatever they need. Goal orientated, task driven, and always focused on getting the needs done the right way. I also play the largest roll in maintaining the Production service & ensuring it's smooth operation. I'm a self taught engineer, from the age of 11, and I never stop learning.

Began working in AOL’s Appcelerator group in their R&D section. I got their Family Locator iOS app ready to release from an existing code base that had many bugs, crashes, and UI errors. I polished the design of the app and fixed all the necessary issues for a possible release that never happened.After a few months AOL decided to end the Appcelerator group and move me onto their most prominent new project, ALTO Mail. There I’ve been tasked with giving my input UX and design wise, along with my normal development road map. In addition to that I’ve been the go to person for quickly prototyping ideas and helping to flesh them out. Now I’m also being put into a position to help bridge the gap between a new design agency and the team of developers I work with.I was also in charge of implementing ALTO Mail's latest First Time Experience, which you can see buy downloading the app and running it for the first time after you login to your first email account.
