Supported the commercial team to manage the strategic relationships and commercial governance involved in Telstra’s outsourcing agreements with Tasmanian Government, NT Government, SA Government, Not for Profit and Mid-Market customers. This included ensuring contract implementation activities were completed, prioritizing action on incoming correspondence coming through the CMG Mailbox, and responding to contractual enquiries. Drafting new contracts and variations, and consulting with a broad range of cross business stakeholders (sales, pricing, legal, billing, product, finance). Provided a single source of truth regarding customer information and contract details, by ensuring accurate contractual documents, milestones and obligations were entered into the contract database. Participated in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures. Managed over 1500 technology incentive funds provisioned in each contract to ensure redemptions for products and services were adhered to, in order to prevent revenue leakage and reconciled balances following production of regular reporting.
