Part of the marketing team at Canada's second largest ski area. Responsible for leading content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing for Sun Peaks Resort, Sun Peaks Bike Park, and the Sun Peaks Golf Course.Key Duties:- Direct the creation of industry-leading photo and video content for Sun Peaks Resort, Sun Peaks Bike Park, and Sun Peaks Golf Course.- Lead strategy and execution for email, social media, digital, and print marketing campaigns.- In-house content creation: photo, video, and copywriting.- Hire and manage third party contractors including photographers, videographers, athletes, and suppliers.- Lead the Sun Peaks Ambassador Team athlete funding program.- Project management, including collaboration with staff up to Executive management level.- Manage one full-time direct report and 10+ photo/video contractors, as well as holding leadership roles in various cross-department and cross-organization projects.

Responsible for selling small group adventure tourism products to clients and assisting with promotional activities as required.

After leaving full-time role I continued with various contract roles including email marketing, staff training, and event representation.

Responsible for executing Tourism Sun Peaks’ digital, content, and email marketing activities, as well as overseeing social media accounts for Sun Peaks Resort.

Responsible for executing Tourism Nanaimo's stakeholder relations and public communication strategies.
