I am passionate about being an active part of a customer service team. I am experienced in customer operations, retail and data management. I have studied trade and factors adding to trade for 8 years and served as a retail banker for more than 9 years. During this journey, I enjoyed an amazing experience of learning, skills development and value addition. I have diversified my education from Basics of Commerce to a Master of Commerce degree. Then I completed my Master of Science (Business Administration) where I chose Human Resource Management as my specialisation. I worked for private and public sector banks. Throughout my professional journey, I focused on ongoing learning of customer services strategy, brand promotion, financial regulations and modern banking solutions.I am looking for a full-time job at a junior management level where I can realign myself to UK customer service standards.
