I also possess extensive experience with managing and executing business transformation and IT projects, mentoring and managing staff, working with, preparing, and transforming business units for new technologies, and improving efficiency across the enterprise. I have served as a member of the ASAE Technology Council, as a Board member for Boardroom Events CIO MidMarket Summit, as well as Director on the National and Mid-Atlantic Microsoft CIO Advisory Boards. Before coming to the Association arena, I directed and led a major petrochemical Applications Education Team responsible for creating and delivering Enterprise IT Education during the ERP system implementation. During my tenure, I also established the Applications Project Office responsible for the delivery of All IT Applications projects. I believe that my diverse business and leadership experience helps balance my passion for technology and extend beyond the technical application to provide provide innovative business solutions. Included in the drive for efficient and effective technology, I have an equal passion and focus for Business Process Improvement that balances People, Process, & Technology to achieve a desired objective. There is no greater achievement than to have enabled an improvement in a persons job through the use of technology.
