As a former Customer Service Advisor for the Queensland Government, I assisted customers on behalf of a multitude of government departments, such as Office of Fair Trading, QGov, SES, Associations/Charities, Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation etc. (the list goes on). I am very capable in an ever-changing busy customer service role whether it is face to face, via phone call, or by written communication. I have a headstrong, calm and patient customer centric approach, and often leave customers satisfied with my service. In addition to my professional experience, I have also pursued my passion and hobby for livestreaming, gaming, and content creation. In 2019, I became a Twitch Affiliate within just two weeks., gaining a total of 430 followers, 3 paid subscribers, and 34 Discord server members. This shows that I have strong online community building skills and that given the opportunity, I am able to grow an online presence for your company with an interactive community.
