As a Senior Behavioural Scientist, I am currently responsible for managing and expanding Evidn's Australian portfolio of environmental and agricultural behaviour change projects.

I worked as a Behavioural Scientist at Evidn - applying the best available science of human behaviour and decision-making into the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale behaviour change projects. My role has involved diagnosing the drivers and barriers to change across populations of people, providing evidence-based recommendations, and implementing population-level behaviour change projects for complex problems. I completed a 6-week internship with Evidn where I gained exposure to all areas of the business and had the opportunity to work on real-world behaviour change projects.
