I was responsible for soliciting resumes and vetting potential candidates for employment. I also took part in the vetting process for sub contractors. Alliance restructured their business plans and cut back on in-house crews utilizing mostly sub contractors. My position was eliminated but I still have a great business relation ship with them and still handle their recruiting need as an independent. Great company with an awesome staff and ownership.
