As the CRM admin, I was responsible for completely overhauling Plated's Zendesk setup. Implementing a structured tagging system and utilizing Zendesk's Insights platform to build custom dashboards, I fundamentally changed the way Plated's CX team collected and analyzed data. By taking advantage of Zendesk's macro, trigger, and automation systems, as well as the integration between Genesys IVR, I was pivotal in creating an efficient and award winning workflow. When there’s downtime, I browse the Zendesk app marketplace for fun stuff, experiment in the sandbox, and ponder what my next karaoke set list will contain.
