Hello there! I am a certified Enneagram and Life Coach who empowers people to live a life free from their own limitations. I worked in the communications industry (PR, Marketing and Advertising) for 16 years! Somewhere along the way, I got very lost. I was in full people-pleasing mode, not taking care of my needs and burning out. In fact, I've been booked off for burnout twice in my life! I know first-hand how working in a high-pressure environment, managing large teams and dealing with clients can cause stress, anxiety and burnout. I kept changing my job to find a better environment, but I realised, that even with companies with better culture, I was the problem. (It's me. Hi, I'm the problem it's me)And the only way to change this toxic cycle of hustle culture that I was stuck in, was to change my relationship with myself. And so I did. I looked deep within myself, faced my anxiety head-on on and changed my relationship with stress. After embracing my own limitations and anxiety, I realised that there is a way out of the toxic cycle, it doesn't always have to be like this. So I decided to go into coaching, so I can help others break free from their own limitations, like I did. And I developed a transformative programme called Survive to Thrive. It’s filled with practical strategies for managing stress, improving productivity, developing boundaries and creating the work-life balance our bodies and minds are craving. Within the programme, I help you find a path back to yourself, using the Enneagram - a development map and lens within to look at your true self. I work with clients one-on-one both virtually and in-person, I run corporate workshops on managing stress and in-person workshops here in Lisbon. All I want is to show people that you do not need to suffer. There is a way out and there is a way to live the life you've always dreamed of.
