I mostly work the grill and flat top. This includes cooking ribs, chicken breast, and hamburgers. It is also my responsibility to cook the bacon, saute the pepper/onion mix, and mushrooms. It is part of my job to cook the quesadillas, the steak for tacos, and sandwiches. I operate the deep fryers when needed, toast all breads, and assist with sandwich building. I am able to work the wings sections, the salad section, and I am learning how to expedite the window.
