The mission of Tech Goes Home Tennessee is to help provide underserved residents the opportunity, tools, education, and access required for 21st century skills development. Tech Goes Home Tennessee prioritizes low-income and underserved populations, including people from challenged neighborhoods, those without technology at home, the unemployed and underemployed, people who do not speak English, and individuals with disabilities.TGH TN offers programs for adults, school-aged children and preschoolers. We partner with community organizations to provide 15 hours of training to help participants acquire the skills to be able to access information and resources online. Upon completion of the course, participants also have the option to purchase a new Chromebook for only $50. The program also offers assistance in securing low-cost home Internet service through one of several available options.

The Chattanooga Hip-Hop Summit is a conference focused on the hip-hop industry, showcasing experts and artists through panel discussions and workshops. The event also includes live music and a hip-hop market for artists and entrepreneurs.

Hip-Hop CHA aims to promote inclusion through hip-hop-centric events across Chattanooga. The collective hosts educational events for those who aspire to be in the hip-hop industry. Hip-Hop CHA also hosted Chattanooga's first hip-hop festival in November of 2017.

The mission of 100 Girls of Code is to achieve gender parity in STEM fields by introducing more young women to code and computer engineering at a young age. We seek to inspire more girls to pursue a future in STEM by providing young women an opportunity to create and gain confidence in what they create. 100 Girls of Code now has 16 chapters across the United States facilitating programs for hundreds of young women.My role:● Manage all operations, 5-person staff, and dozens of volunteers/instructors.● Successfully raised funds to implement program through a crowdfunding campaign and corporate sponsorships. ● Led “100 Girls of Code” from a one-state program to a national initiative.● Established and manage multiple chapters across the United States.● Assist with curriculum and program implementation.● Create marketing plans and manage all social media accounts- Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn● Designed initiative’s logo, website and all marketing materials.● Create press releases, manage media relations and press strategy.● Organized/recruited an Advisory Board comprising of successful women from across the U.S.
