Tech Goes Home Tennessee teaches early educators foundational technology skills to advance their careers and support their work.

While beginning my Master's Degree, I have remained connected to Instructure through contract work. I conduct professional development for school systems using the Mastery Connect product. Also, I interact with customers in Instructure's public forum by answering questions and encouraging community engagement.Mastery Connect is an Assessment Management System used in grades K through 12. Mastery Connect empowers educators to identify students' levels of understanding, target them for appropriate intervention, and self-evaluate their own teaching practice, all using real-time data!

Owned relationships with the company's largest customers, guiding them through the implementation, maintenance, and renewal phases. I also worked closely with data analysts to develop the Instructure data analysts to develop the visualizations used for tracking customer success and supporting customer renewals.

Owned Relationships with customers through the implementation, maintenance, and renewal phases. Used my educational background and product knowledge to guide customers in best practices and upsell products to meet their needs. Acted as the CSM team's Mathematics SME and collaborated with the documentation team to write the Desmos Support Guides published in the Instructure Community.

As a Professional Development Specialist, I updated and designed professional development offerings sold to customers, hired and trained new professional development associates (contractors), and coached existing associates. I also scoped, planned, staffed, and oversaw academic projects purchased by customers.

Delivered product training to customers of MasteryConnect. This included onsite and virtual training.
