We partner with various community organizations across Tennessee to bridge the digital divide by providing technology skills training, access to devices, and affordable home internet.

The Company Lab (CO.LAB) is a nonprofit startup accelerator that supports entrepreneurial growth in southeast Tennessee. We work with companies ranging from mom and pop corner businesses to tech startups scaling into major markets. We also wake up every day thinking about to make the entrepreneurial ecosystem in our region even better. My responsabilities included:+ Developed dashboards and tracked KPI’s for various grants that the organization has received.+ Continued oversight of the ongoing growth of CO.STARTERS, AARP, and Office Hours Programs within the Chattanooga community.+ Onboarded new mentors for the Office Hours program in order to provide more value to clients and expertise in areas not previously served.+ Involved with planning, managing, and executing 32 CO.STARTERS cohorts within a 4 year period while serving over 400 participants.

Siskin Children’s Institute is a non-profit that exists to improve the quality of life for children with special needs and their families. They do so by providing assessment, diagnosis, and early intervention programs that can help children with special needs reach their full potential. While it is not their main goal, they also house a museum of religious artifacts from around the world that was also created by the founders of the institute.--My role as a Consultant was focused on helping them increase awareness of the museum.+Developed a digital archive to increase efficiency in locating information on museum artifacts.+Performed research on items in the collection to enhance the value of the archive.+Created web-pages devoted to each artifact in the collection.+Enhanced the guest experience through use of QR codes that engage guests through online interaction.

Chambliss Center for Children is a nonprofit organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The organization exists to preserve family unity and to help prevent the dependency, neglect, abuse, and delinquency of children by responding to the community's child care needs. They accomplish that goal through their extended child care program for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, and a residential program for children who are currently in the custody of the state.--Being a Teacher's Assistant, I did many things that boiled down to the following.+ Helped develop age appropriate activities and create a positive experience for children and families that were part of the summer camp and after school programs.+ Provided assistance to multiple teachers and filled in as a lead teacher as needed.
