Bridging a resource gap, taking a handover from staff who were leaving, supporting both the business stakeholders and the Salesforce team, then training new staff members as they joined. Amongst this, I was involved in a lot of operational process support across two Salesforce orgs and heavily involved in optimising a Pardot integration; dealing with stakeholders at all levels on a regular basis, system analysis and troubleshooting, along with general sales and marketing support.

We used a continuous delivery pipeline here so I used development tools such as ANT to retrieve/deploy metadata, and GIT to merge metadata with source control for deployments. I supported the development of point of sale systems for key brands/clients in retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. Validation of quality through thorough testing to eliminate bugs enables software to be delivered on time. I also wrote and organised test scripts for these projects. Skills gained include customer service, understanding and adaptation of services to suit client requirements and fluent application of technical analysis programmes.
