Responsible for Mine production, which includes Drilling & Blasting, crushing and screening plant, co-ordination in production shifts, safety, quality control, dispatching of finished products.Responsible for General administration, Liaison work with Govt. Departments like- DGMS, IBM, Dept of Mining & Geology, Forest and state administration.Planning, direction, control of mining operation to achieve mine targets.Playing key role in the development of HEMM to get optimum output.Over all in charge of the Mine Planning/cost control/ safety / to achieve targeted production.Discharge statutory responsibility as per Mine Act 1952, MMR-1961Preparation of mine plan & project reports with varies alternatives along with risks and benefits associated with them.Following best practices & standards in the industry to control environmental pollution from operation & to Conserve Mineral resources. Motivating Subordinates & Mine workers.
