Roles and Responsibilities - Export• This position is responsible to the Export Sea Freight to manage pricing & Shipment booking• Getting export rates from trade - headquarters • Informing the transshipment agent for second leg voyage loading confirmation• Follow up with Export documentation desk for Bill of Lading • Follow up for CRO/cargo stuffing, container arrival in to the port, vessel on board and sailing confirmation• Follow up for the export port storage and billing the same to the customer• Preparing the load list for vessel wise and sending to the port priority basis• Additional Free days coordinating with POD based on customer request• Responsible for collecting original commercial documents for export preparing the bayan• Responsible for the transport arrangement for the container pick up• Invoicing to the customer and arrange for OBL releaseRoles and Responsibilities - Imports• This position is responsible to the Import Sea Freight to manage pricing & Shipment booking• Getting import rates from trade-headquarters• Informing the rates to the customer along with vessel schedule/transit days & space availability• Follow up with POL agent for booking confirmation along with the container details• Follow up final pre alert documents from POL & T/S port • Free time updating before vessel arriving at POD • Responsible for sending the cargo arrival notice to customer prior to the vessel arrival• Invoicing to the customer and arranging the delivery order • Follow up for container detention and billing to the customer • Responsible for the transport arrangement for the container pick up for direct delivery • Monitoring the long stay containers and advising the customer for clearance • Responsibility for import clearance as well
