Create detailed process maps, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to outline business needs and technical specifications.3. **System Analysis and Integration**: Analyze existing billing systems and software applications to identify gaps and areas for enhancement. Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement new billing systems or integrate existing systems with third-party applications as needed.4. **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from billing data, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing accuracy, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.5. **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to power billing practices. Ensure that billing processes and systems comply with relevant regulations, such as utility tariffs and billing guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities.6. **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions to validate system functionalities and ensure that the billing systems meet business requirements and user expectations.
