He involves in all technical discussions of the projects with solutions architects, technical architects, project managers, development & testing teams to review and recommend solutions to ensure the quality of deliverables within deadlines. Prior to Bekaert, Sampath Kumar worked at Capgemini Technology Service as a Solutions/Technical Architect for Commerce Cloud Platform. He provided solutions for various business problems which were painpoints of B2B, B2C & B2B2C platform customers. He worked across the platforms and discussed the solutions with internal teams as well as onshore teams. He worked closely with Commerce Practice Leads, Business Analysts, Business Solution Architects, Onshore Teams and Globally located Clients throughout all phases of deliveries., That could be at any phase of the deliveries, Starting from Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Project Planning, Estimating the Project Time-lines, Solution Design, Development, Testing, FIT analysis & GAP analysis etc. and made sure the project timelines and quality of deliverables were met.
