During that time, I led communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, workshop facilitation and the development of digital communications strategy. I have also worked with the country's top social marketing behaviour change professionals and researchers on major public sector programmes. From 2017-2020, alongside retaining my own clients and projects, Sixteenth Letter worked as a consultant to Maven.I am an adept writer, editor and strategic thinker who values long lasting relationships with my clients. I have experience managing issues and the media under high pressure, having worked on high-profile crisis management programmes in the public sector.I have a strong understanding of digital media, content curation, social media strategy, problem definition and communications risk analysis.
