I graduated from De Montfort University with a BSc in Economics and Finance, which enables me to apply analytical and strategic thinking to centre growth and performance. My core competencies include problem solving, customer relationship management, and client relations.I communicate and uphold clear expectations, building trust with families by maintaining integrity in every interaction. I proactively contribute to centre growth and take individual accountability for this. I also take a proactive approach to challenging situations, working to reach the best outcome for members, staff, and the wider business.
