As an influential leader with extensive management expertise in the Banking industry, I have maintained a history of delivering quality outcomes. Possessing strong team leadership and stakeholder management, motivational and training skills, I have established a working culture that drives quality deliverables, including the successful operation of multiple key Branches. The opportunity to meet with a diverse range of people is the reason I get out of bed each day. Understanding the importance to our customer, our bankers and our organization, are the foundations to my operating rhythm. For me, my non-negotiable is managing ideas rather than hierarchy. I can analyse, interpret and implement superior quality solutions; taking any task or problem and breaking it down to simple, easy to understand concepts. Having migrated to Australia at the age of 5, I speak two languages and enjoy travelling to new parts of the world.
