Job Responsibilities:•Provide Indirect Tax support (UAE, UK, South Africa, Australia, Netherlands etc) - Preparation and submission of VAT/GST workpapers and tax returns to Global Tax director for the review within the filing deadlines and in compliance with the local tax laws.•Assist with preparation of and timely filing of Corporate Income Tax Partnership returns, Extensions and Estimates for various jurisdictions such as US, UK, Mauritius, Maldives etc.•Assistance with the preparation of Global income tax provision.•Assist with preparation of Transfer pricing reports.•Assist with compliance on all tax matters including Preparation of applications for Tax Residency certificates, license renewals, Annual reports and other tax admin matters.•Assist in coordination with Finance teams to manage efficient tax processes ensuring compliance with local laws and accounting standards.•Maintain status reports with deadlines for all Indirect tax compliance requirements globally.•Maintain reconciliation reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable for VAT and GST accounts to make sure GL accounts are correctly reflecting the tax positions.•Assist in any other tax projects and perform other related duties as assigned, as and when required by the business

Job responsibilities :-Contributing to client satisfaction by proving timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns.-Developing and delivering quality and timely services and work products.-Demonstrating an understating of basic tax concepts and proactively increases tax knowledge through client assignments and current tax developments.-Analyzing information to ensure accurate, quality US tax returns for assignees.-Preparing international assignment related calculations such as tax cost projections, tax equalization calculations, hypothetical tax calculations, etc.-Researching tax theory and positions, and applying them to specificclient needs.-Developing collaborative relationships with our clients and internal colleagues.-Developing client service, engagement and financial management skills.-Assisting Partners/Senior Managers/Managers on special projects,as requested.-Exercising a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in providing tax services.Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge- Drive the tax return production process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables- Act as a counsellor for Analysts and Advanced Analysts- Develop and supervise staff on all technical, client service and engagement management skills, including providing input in performance discussions- Conduct research on technical topics and draft related communication for the client- Drive the tax return production process and review/sign tax returns- Assist the Manager in engagement management- Communicate directly with the engagement teams in other offices- Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions
