I lead the marketing function at eflow Global, a leading global provider of regulatory technology solutions. My role includes strategic responsibility for all aspects of the company's marketing and communications activity including demand generation, thought leadership and brand management.

After two years at Delio, I was promoted to the senior leadership team. My responsibilities widened to include the company's global business development strategy and key strategic projects, including a growth investment of more than $8m by Octopus Ventures in 2022.

I was appointed as the first senior marketing hire at Delio following their Series A fundraise in 2019. During this time I overhauled the value proposition and messaging and implemented a multi-channel demand generation strategy to accelerate the company's growth across the UK, Europe, APAC, North America and MENA.

I led the marketing function for Alcumus' Technology Division, incorporating the Sypol and Info Exchange product lines. My role involved developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to promote our COSHH management and EHSQ software solutions.

I led the development and delivery of all marketing activity for Alcumus Sypol, a specialist arm of the Alcumus Group that helps businesses of all types to manage their health and safety requirements more effectively. I oversaw the promotion of a comprehensive range of products and services that includes market leading COSHH management software, consultancy services and training programmes. With over 850 clients and tens of thousands of individual users, Alcumus Sypol is used by businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational corporates across dozens of industries, including manufacturing, construction and energy.

I was Head of Marketing at Kings Court Trust, one of the country's leading providers of estate administration and probate services. During my time with the business I oversaw the implementation of a successful marketing strategy using email marketing, webinars, events and thought leadership to engage with an audience of legal professionals, financial advisers and other business partners. This marketing activity helped to increase actively referring business partners by 38% and lead generation by 27% between 2015-2017.

I was Head of Marketing at Title Research, a leading provider of legal support services that specialises in people tracing and asset repatriation. My role involved the management of the company's marketing activities which include promotional campaigns to legal professionals worldwide, developing all company literature and customer facing communications, event management, online activity and social media.

I worked with the CII's network of local institutes across the South West and Southern regions to develop, deliver and promote the CII's regional membership proposition. My role involved the strategic development of the CII's membership proposition both on a regional and national basis, in addition to working alongside CII volunteers to deliver outstanding member services.

I was responsible for the day to day management of a team of three Marketing Executives and overall coordination of campaigns promoting equity release policies which included direct mail, TV advertising and national press campaigns. I was personally responsible for management of all affinity partnerships and the redevelopment of promotional material which resulted in a 15% uplift in the conversion of enquiries to appointments for the sales team.

I managed a marketing team of three staff who were responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns and PR activity promoting software and ICT packages to the education market. I was responsible for the department's budget of £500k per annum and reported directly to the senior management team.
