ADNOC Al Dabb'iya Surface Facilities Project- Phase 3.In charge of planning, execution and supervision of all Instrument construction activities of an oil production cluster with 7 Oil Production and 4 WAG injection wells.Supervised 1200 hrs of rapid construction/Pre-com activities with zero incident and minimum punch points before hand over to commissioning.• ADNOC approved ePTW JP (Job Performer).• Site responsibility for HSE, safe work practices, daily planning and reporting.• Preparation of WRF and RFIs (Final Inspection Request).• Technical support for Installation, and pre-commissioning of the WHCP (Well-Head Control Panel) and the Inst’ Control Room.• Supervision of Installation, Hook-up and pre-commissioning of following equipment: ► High Integrity Safety Systems (HIPPS, IPF system). ► Choke valves and Flow control vales (CVA, FCV) ► Shut off Valves (MOV, SDV, ROV). ► F&G sensors (IR, H2S, Flame, Smoke).• Field calibration and SAT of Skids, Transmitters and valves. Raising of NCRs to vendors.• Supervision of following Instrument Construction works: ► Cable laying. ► Hydraulic Tubing (1/4’’, 1/2’’, 1’’) ► Panel, JB and Control Room wiring. ► Tray, trench, and duct-bank works. ► Foundation supports for instrumentation devices.• Pre-commissioning including Loop testing and Functional testing.• Preparation of red line mark-ups for As-builts.
