Ensure that individuals that are part of Sparc programs receive the funding their qualify for and provide a guide and advocate to assist them in applying for new benefits or appealing benefits they have been denied. Mentoring individuals to understand their benefits and to be their own self-advocates to maintain and understand the supports they need.
