Client-facing professional responsible for the day-to-day operations and account management for select clients in the Automotive Strategic Accounts channel. In my position I serve as the liaison between the client and internal stakeholder groups at Assurant to manage the onboarding onto our warranty and extended service platform, troubleshoot and resolve client issues, oversee the implementation of product changes/new products, and conduct quarterly business reviews with the client. I work directly with the largest publicly traded automotive retailers in the US and help to ensure that their service contract/warranty programs are running efficiently with high levels of customer satisfaction and with low levels of risk. I interface directly with members of our actuarial, underwriting, and account management team to coordinate the timely delivery of product/rate changes for our insurance products as well as assist in the identification and design of new products for our existing customers. I have experiencing in both responding to and running RFPs to assist with procurement of new technology and the acquisition of new partners. I have been directly involved in the development and design of new products and solutions that are unique to the shifting landscape of omni-channel automotive retail, including the design of customer-facing portals to streamline the repair process, as well as tailoring our existing products to meet the needs of our digital-native clients.

• Advise the world’s largest retail brands on how to best optimize IT architecture, financial partnerships and leverage data to streamline operations, reduce fraud and design meaningful consumer experiences. • Manage cross-functional teams that lead the successful design and delivery of finance-focused IT initiatives for Fortune 500 companies in oil and gas, hospitality, general retail and healthcare, as well as the U.S. government. Notable achievements while in the position has included:- Successfully managed the end-to-end EMV chip card implementation for a U.S. Government Agency with 30,000+ retail locations. o Led the process design and business requirements definition, status reporting to Treasury leadership, management of payment software/hardware vendors, created training curriculum and end-user materials and defined the rollout strategy. o Optimized client’s reporting procedures which streamlined the analysis of credit/debit card chargebacks for bi-weekly analysis. o Led a global convenience store chain’s request for proposal (RFP) and the identification and selection of a banking relationship for its North American operations. o Coordinated financial partners for the collection and analysis of responses to functional, technical and financial requirements, financial analysis and cost modeling between the respondents. o Delivered the final banking partner recommendation for the client’s executive team.- Analyzed debit card transaction routing data for a Fortune 500 clothing retailer, provided guidance on structuring debit network relationships that reduced overall debit interchange fees and resulted in saving of $700,000 annually.- Conducted analysis of mobile fraud monitoring solutions for a global fast-food chain, supporting their efforts to create fraud monitoring threshold rules using data collected from mobile ordering app.

• Managed the day-to-day activities for the successful implementation of the Beacon Oncology Module for hospitals installing the Epic medical record software system in 2 cancer centers in the U.S. and 2 in the Netherlands. • Led a team of hospital staff in all aspects of the implementation of the system including requirements definition/collection, workflow design/validation, system design and customization, user experience and end-user training and support. • Led the enterprise-wide coordination and management of workflow testing including unit, end-to-end and usability testing for the company’s academic hospital clients in Amsterdam. • Developed and implemented reporting tools that improved the implementation’s efficiency and end-user adoption of Epic.Notable achievements while in the position included:- Created and implemented a database to analyze oncology regimen and chemotherapy medication usage across clients which reduced implementation timelines and standardized treatments across cancer types.

• Assisted equity research team with data collection and financial analysis to support the creation of sell-side research reports covering the transportation and industrials sector.• Received hands-on training in financial analysis and modeling to valuate companies in the space and to develop future share price targets.• Utilized EDGAR to analyze quarterly and yearly company filings and to update in-house financial models. Notable achievements while in the position included:- Developed a financial model to forecast expected cost-savings and share price impact of Fed-Ex air fleet modernization program.
