Annual giving gave me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of donors and communication platforms. From the annual Employee Campaign to Billings Clinic's larger fundraising events. I found pride in my ability to connect a donor’s passions with the organization and ways most meaningful to them. “Connecting people to a cause.”• Responsible for foundation direct mailing to donors.• Responsible for Foundation social media pages - Facebook and Instagram.• Ensures that all correspondence in mailing, social media, and targeted campaigns are well written compelling and designed to promote charitable giving.• Responsible for fundraising activities within the Billings Clinic Classic.• Oversees and executes an effective annual employee campaign to raise funds for organizational needs.• Design and executes an effective annual appeal and partnering with businesses/vendors to secure funding for Billings Clinic priorities.• Oversee workplace campaigns. • Responsible for planning and implementing a community based annual fundraising effort with a goal of $100,000.• Responsible for the stewardship of existing donors.• Recording in donor database.• Grateful patient program.• Overseeing the ZooMontana and Billings Clinic Kids program.

My responsibilities included acting as a point of contact and resource for potential employees. Communication with leadership, scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, outreach recruitment and creating extensive interview itineraries. Organization is huge. Manage applicant tracking, making sure new employees are cleared with Billings Clinic policies to attend orientation.

My responsibilities in this role included communicating with patients and nursing staff, scheduling patients the appropriate appointment, checking in patients, verifying patient information and collecting co-payments. Overall making sure the clinical patient check in process is accurate and thorough.

My duties include greeting the public, answering phone calls, communicating with other department supervisors, handling in coming applications and scheduling drug tests. This position was temporary.

Some of the responsibilities were note taking, typing documents, filing, and creating flyers.
