Annual giving gave me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of donors and communication platforms. From the annual Employee Campaign to Billings Clinic's larger fundraising events. My responsibilities included acting as a point of contact and resource for potential employees. Communication with leadership, scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, outreach recruitment and creating extensive interview itineraries. Organization is huge. Manage applicant tracking, making sure new employees are cleared with Billings Clinic policies to attend orientation.

My responsibilities in this role included communicating with patients and nursing staff, scheduling patients the appropriate appointment, checking in patients, verifying patient information and collecting co-payments. Overall making sure the clinical patient check in process is accurate and thorough.

My duties include greeting the public, answering phone calls, communicating with other department supervisors, handling in coming applications and scheduling drug tests. This position was temporary.

Some of the responsibilities were note taking, typing documents, filing, and creating flyers.
